All of our guests receive a warm welcome – whether they have two legs or four. The only difference: dogs pay less than people (EUR 25/night), but are not allowed into the hotel gym. Upon arrival, a comfy bed or cushion, treats, bowls – and, if requested, special food – will be waiting for your dog. Please let us know in advance of your arrival if you are travelling with a dog.

If you arrive by car, please drive directly up to the hotel and park your vehicle during check-in in our loading zone (10 min) at „Raubergasse“ (left-hand side of the hotel - marked as Ladezone Hotel). At the reception you will receive a discounted ticket for the 'Kastner und Öhler' parking garage (address: Kaiser Franz Josef Kai 8). The price is EUR 23,00 per 24 hours and the ticket is valid from the first entry - pre-booking is not necessary, there is free choice of parking space & walking distance to the hotel is approximately 5 minutes.

To give you as much time as possible to get your bearings and explore the city on the day of arrival – and to sleep in on the day of departure – we have made our check-in and check-out times as convenient as possible for you. So, check-in is available from 2pm and you do not have to check out until 11am.
